Question
she constantly licks, what can I do.

Answer
Licks what? Other people or herself?

If it's other people (and you) teach her not to lick.

If she's licking her paws or herself, take her to the vet and explain. It's either allergies, ear mites, or nerves. An anxiousness caused by something emotional. But, it could be physical. Some things cause dogs to lick their paws and fur. Fleas, hot spots, ear mites, mites (like in different manges) allergies, cysts between the toes on their paws (caused by damp grass and grass seeds, etc.
