Boxers/Requirements to stud my Boxer?

Question
Aloha! I'm a newbie owner to a marvelous Boxer, the buzz word on him is "five generations"???  I'd like to stud him on the Hawaiian Islands but am researching what exact qualifying paperwork I need to show that he's all that and more in the Boxer world.  We do have AKG papers but I don't really know one from the other. :O Mahalo!

Answer
Well Aloha!

He's AKC registered. Good, that makes his pups more valuable.

There are no particular qualifications, however, your vet should check him out thoroughly, give him a heart mumur test and update all his health shots. Get a record of all to prove he is healthy.

If he shows the Boxer "standards" that the AKC requires, then he should be a perfect candidate for stud service.
