Question
Bella is 3yrs old with her 1st litter well she appears to be between 1-2 stage panting shivering she licking what  looks to be a dark discharge not   so much now as last night. what are  trouble signs i need to be aware of course my vet gone  and the one on call well for nicer words no help            sandee.

Answer
She SHOULD NOT have a dark discharge. Her mucus plug is a greenish discharge when it is passed. Then there should not be any discharge at all until a pup is passed and he is simple "wet."

Call a vet, an on-call vet, any vet. There are emergency 24 hour pet hospitals open and someone will be able to answer all your questions. She need to see a VET ASAP.
