my boxe has been real sick, throwing up/diarrea, loosing alt of weight. Nowhe has blod in his urine. please help me undestand whats going on

I can't possibly help you understand what's going on- I am not a vet that can run tests on his feces and check him out.

Take him to a vet ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is deadly! Throwing up and diarrhea causes dehydration in which dehydration kills. Period!

You haven't much time- get him to a vet- call first and explain-- it is an emergency!
