Question
Twice lately my boxer had gotten dizzy, stumbled, and fell down.  Seems disorinated but is fine a minute later.  Seems healthy otherwise.  What can be wrong?

Answer
This sounds like either an inner ear infection causing the imbalance or another issue with balance issues.

I can't substitute health advise except to highly recommend taking he/she to your vet and have these issues checked and tested.

Disorientation is not normal and is a serious warning sign.

Stay with him/her and watch him/her until you get him to a vet.
