I recently got a 3 yr old female brindle boxer, she never been fixed but i was told to get her fixed cause she had a false pregnancy. I'm no expert but the dog looks like she had numerous pregnancies caused her tits are very huge and hanging low...also back of her..will call it her vagina well it is very swollen i never seen anything like it i've had peopple tell me that it looks like she recently had a litter but according to previous owner she never had any. My question is there any way to tell if she did or if she had a false pregnancy is it dangerous or can she still get pregnant even if she had a false one, also if she did have a false pregnancy is there anything i should do. I'm attaching couple pics i hope it usefull.Tks in advance.

She has had puppies, there is no doubt.

It appears she just had them, or is in her first heat after having them recently.

Heats are every 5-6 months, and the vaginia swells as her is. It stays swollen after recent whelping too.

Take her to your vet and get his diagnosis. The previous owners lied to you.
