Question
I have a female Boxer who just turned a year old. I am looking to purchase male boxer but I was wondering why do some males I see and a few females have a egg shape head ? It looks like a dome of some sort. My female never had that .

Hi Robert,

The egg shape you are describing is the ideal head shape on a boxer puppy and usually means the head will turn out when grown, in other words when you see that head shape on a puppy the boxer should look like a boxer when grown and not a Great Dane head shape with a long nose or mix breed.
