Question
Kelsi my 13 y/o boxer is peeing in our house (especially our newly done basement) but now she just goes anywhere and will just look at me and pee, vets checkup says no UTI I'm sure it's old age is it wrong of me to want to put her to sleep? I love her but the peeing is out of control..help

Answer
We don't "put down" our elderly because of their bladder incontinence, so why put our beloved pets down for the same ailment of old age?

No, do not consider that. She is fine in every other health issue. Be thankful you have had her 2-3 years longer than the average Boxer... you are fortunate and blessed.

Buy either incontinence diapers for people and use them, or buy the seasonal/heat pantie and use pads in them.

She will need to get use to them, so supervise her in the beginning and don't allow her to chew them off, etc.
