Question
I have a two month old female boxer who has thick yellowish drainage coming from her vagina. I noticed it when she was using the bathroom outside. I wiped it off and was wondering if that is normal or should I have her checked out?

Answer
I've heard of this in young female pups before and it is a sign of a urinary infection usually-- however, sometimes it's normal and passes.

Feed her a lot of fresh water-- change water often.

I would recommend taking her to your vet and letting him check her for an infection.
