Question
Is there anything I should be aware of on my boxer's  preganacy. I'm told boxers can have trouble carring and delivering, is is true?

Answer
Boxers do not have any more trouble or problems than any other breed.

If it is her first pregnancy, she can have 5-7 puppies (or less) and if it is a second or more, pregnancy, she can have 6-9 puppies.

Of course, the more puppies, the more difficult whelping.

You need to educate yourself on her health during pregnancy, whelping preparation, whelping procedure, how to care for newborn puppies, and her health during nursing.

There is so much you need to know. If you do not educate yourself and be prepared, you could have problems and loose puppies, and her. This is true in any breed.

Breeding is not a simple matter to take lightly. It is success of tragic failure.
