Question
i wonder if you could help me on knowing what is the best treatment for bald patches on a boxer bitch she is 6 years old and healthy in every other way

Answer
Any balding patches is an indication of mange. This is mite manage.

You can alleviate her itching with a anti-itch shampoo and ointment, but you need to take her to your vet for a skin scraping to determine the type of manage it is for the proper treatment.

If by chance it is not mange, then it is allergies. But generally, an allergy is a rash not bald spots.

Get her to your vet before it spreads further. It is contagious, so other animals in your household can get it too.
