Boxers/skin problem

Question
My boxer is three years old. Lately he's been having skin problem on his face, similar to pimples/acne. They swell up and discharge puss and at times blood when irritated. He has several little bumps spreading on his head looking like little mosquito bites but now has pink scar tissue under his right eye. Most of all his lips are swelling.

Answer
If the pimples are producing puss and is also spreading- it is now a staff infection and needs the appropriate antibiotic to kill the staff infection and clear up the spreading.

What originally caused it could be numerous things- insect bites (causes swelling) and secondary staff infection.

It could have been allergies that got a staff infection- but the swelled lips is an indication of an insect bite or sting.

Get him to a vet ASAP because staff infections spread rapidly and can cause death- and any insect sting that causes swelling is an indication of allergic reaction to the insect and can cause  shock and death.

See your vet ASAP! (Please)
