my boxer dog has been breaking out around his head and legs, it looks like small wounds then would turn into scabs. i have went to my vet who has give me various tablets a my boxer but nothing in working

Hi. Ask your vet to do a skin scrapping or a culture. He could also have an allergy, or something in his enviroment that is causing him to scratch? Your best bet would be to start at the vets and have some blood work done. Then, look to his environment to see if something there could be causing this. Good luck!
