Question
My 4 year old boxer has gotten a cluster of red bumps on her chin, she also has very swollen paws, can you help and explain?

Answer
Are you feeding her out of plastic bowls? Use stainless steel bowls.

Also, if using stainless steel bowls, it could be food allergies or an allergy to something she is laying her chin on; a dog bed, pillow, carpet, etc.

Boxers are prone to food allergies, plastic, and nylon, among other things.

The swollen paws (all 4?) concern me. Take her to the vet and have this checked--
