Question
I've just bought a 9wk old purebred boxer ..the seller said i
can't use him to breed ..does anyone know why she said this
..i forgot to ask her as was in the moment of buying this
little treasure ...

Answer
She cannot designate if you choose to breed him or not.

Unless you signed a legal contract that was witnessed by a third party that shares no interest (none of the breeder's family, friends, etc,), or legally notarized, then you would have agreed not to breed him under the contract...

...otherwise, you can-- you bought him.

Ignore the breeder-- he belongs to you now.

I will say, I do recommend having him neutered for health reasons; preventive for testicular cancer, roaming, aggression, etc. Talk with your vet about the benefits.
