Question
Hello I have a female Boxer she is 10 months old and she weighs about 50lbs she is 21inch from the floor to the top of here back. she just looks really small to me and i was wondering if she is the proper size for her age and if she is a small, medium, of large size boxer

Answer
55 pounds is great for a female, and she is still growing. She isn't even a year old yet and weighing what my 6 year old female weighs/ Her height is normal.

There are three sizes of Boxers, as in humans having different size...

The smaller framed Boxer weighs less but right for bone structure, the medium size Boxer weighing normal, and the larger framed Boxer weighing over normal weight, standing taller, bigger bone, and more muscular.

These are all genetics, inherited from the mother and father and the parents (grandparents) of them.

She sounds like a medium size, normal Boxer. Maybe she appears short to you compared to taller Boxers that you have seen, but she is normal and weighing quite healthy.
