Question
I would like to know about how much in vet bills I can expect if I breed my female boxer?

Answer
I always suggest visiting your vet at least once during a gestation period (57-63 day gestation) to confirm how many puppies she is carrying, and the general health for all.

As long as the vet says all is well, you should have a normal whelping and know how many pups to expect.

Then, after whelping, withing the first week at minimum, the vet should check the puppies and health of the mother.

That is 2 visits.

Unless there are complications, such as an obstructed puppy during the whelping requiring a C-section, you shouldn't have to see a vet more than two or three times.
