As read above, I would like to know if a miniture dachshund would get along well with a pitbull boxer. The mini.dachshund is 5 yrs old, and the pitbull boxer is 6 months. can you please get back to me. thank you

Well, this is actually the Boxer breed category, and I believe your question would be better served under the "Pets" and "Dogs" category. It is more general and those experts know about different breeds where I am an expert in Boxers.

Personally, I would not mix a Pit Bull Terrier having a certain personality type with a Dachshund that has an opposite personality type.

I am a firm believer in keeping medium to large working breeds within the same household, as the smaller breeds within the household. I do not recommend mixing the two personality types and sizes together.

But as in the Pets/Dog category to be sure.
