Question
i adopted a female brindle boxer  do not know her back ground  she does not like one of our other dogs  has tried to kill her big vet bill for little dog  i keep them in different places away from each other but the problem now  boxer has white flakes in her hair and the hair looks like it is coming out on both sides of her hips she has been not eating as good and not using the bathroom as much she really doesnt seem sick but i am worried  thank you

Answer
Anytime a dog doesn't use the bathroom normally, and has hair loss-- yes, they ARE sick.

I can't diagnose that because I don't know her history-- get her to your vet ASAP.

You never know, it could be something serious...

As far as the not liking the other dog (small dog?) you just can't mix a Boxer with any breed dog and expect them to get along. Certain breeds do not go together.

You haven't told me what breed the other dog is.

Give me more information so I can help you.
