Do you know why our boxer puppy would have back spots with long black hair. She is fawn color. Sending pic with spot on neck

You did not attach a picture.

Black spots are on all Boxers skin. They are pigmentation much like moles but not raised. You can see them on their stomachs and breast areas where they are white coated.

If she has black hairs growing out of them-- then I would have to see them to know.
