Casey
our 3 and a half old boxer has black spots with long black hair coming out of them. She is fawn color. I am attaching a picture. We do not think this looks normal.

Answer
Ha he always had those or did they appear recently? That is not normal for a Boxer.

You will need to get him to a vet to diagnose. Boxers are prone to different types of cancers, but to have hair growing out is odd.

Only a vet can tell you what it is.
