Question
Hi angela.i hav a 7-8year old white male boxer.i am havin him neutered on the 20th july 2010.feel bad but he is not great outdoors wen walking.any dog walking by he trys 2 get at.can get out front door and run away.am hopeful this wil help.he is as strong as an ox pulling me all over the place.is it a bit late to let this go ahead?
Hi Michael,
Its never too late to spay or neuter your boxer. It will help his behavior but could I also suggest a pinch collar or the Illusion collar to help make walking him a bit easier and under control. These types of collars will allow you to be in control of him and thus strengthen your leadership ability. By not allowing him to breed over the years and not neutering him he has built up a deal of frustration so it is always wise to have your pets spayed or neutered as early as possible.
