Question
i have a 2 year old that most of the time at least 3 ribs are visible i get her to where ribs arent visible and less than a week later there or four are visible again should i worry

Answer
That is not normal.

Once he has weight with no ribs showing- he should remain that way unless something causes him to exert more energy, eat less, etc.

From week to week is not normal.

Thyroid disorders cause weight loss, as well as canine diabetes.

Take him to your vet and voice your concerns for testing.
