Question
my male boxer is 7 years old i got him from a rescue place 8 months ago and all was fine now he has just stopped eating and wont touch nothing, he is still drinking normally but he has lost some wait and looks skinny

Answer
There is no way to offer any type of diagnosis without knowing his history.

Take him to your vet ASAP before he becomes dehydrated and dies.

Give him children's Pediolyte (electrolyte) in the meantime to hydrate him. Give him whole, plain (no flavors) yogurt too.
