Question
we tried several times it seems that the male was having difficulty so we decided to try artificial insemination.  we took both to the vet and he performed it.  this was done on Jan 27,2011.  I am taking her to the vet Friday to perform a pregnancy test. It doesn't look like she is pregnant but I am not sure where the pups would be located up high in her chest or down low in.

Answer
Hi Diane,

The pups wouldn't be showing yet and would be up high. I have great results on/about the 38th day of pregnancy at which time we do an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy. Our vet want perform such tests until the 38 th day for better accuracy. Hope this helps and thank you for your question.
