Hi Jannie, My 7 year old boxer bitch is getting big in the stomach. She has never had pups and is irregular coming into season. We had to go way for a week and our neighbor fed her. On arriving home a Border Collie dog was hanging round.But Jess also had a cough like something stuck in throat. If she is in pup it would be about 30 days and her teats are normal, just her Tums getting bigger by the day. We are boxer people Jess our 3rd one.

So what you are saying is that she was in heat when you went away and returned with a male dog hanging around? 30 days ago?
Gestation is average 63 days (can be earlier or a light later)..but teats using always fill out somewhat, the vulva swelling from heat does not go done, the sides of her belly enlarge more than the stomach, her behavior and eating habits change, more frequent urination, etc.
Take her to your vet for an x-ray and check-up to know for sure.
