Question
Hello
I am trying to figure out why my 7 yr Old Boxer fur at the top of his hip is turning colors.  It started a few months ago, there are longated circles on each side.  He doesnt really itch at them or anything, we would like to know if it serious and need to take him to the vet.  Thank you!!

Answer
Without a picture it would be difficult to say.

I know that the older they become, the more their coat change; grays and whitens, sometimes yellows, thins, curls, all kinds of things.
