Boxers/Boxer Seizure

Question
I just read the question and answr regarding Boxer Seizure.
My first questions is can dogs git "Dizzy" like humans.
My 1 year old Boxer was going NUTSO :) in the back yard.
Running and flying all around. She stopped looked at me and started to walk towards me as she did she collapsed. I thought she was playing and she got back up, came towards me again and collapsed.
I had just lost another Boxer to cancer and have also had friends who have had dogs with brain and spine tumors so I freaked out. She was fine in less than a minute and up and playing. I took her to the vet and they were at a loss. They did say they have dogs that come in get so excited they have "kind of" a seizure. This was 3 months ago. No problems since then. Last week a friend came over, she got so excited she was spinning around the room and romping like a crazy girl. She then came to a stop, started looking wobbly and I am not kidding did a COMPLETE BACK FLIP right in front of me landing on her spine and laying there for again less than a minute and was back up and just fine. WHAT THE HELL is this. Tumor, etc... or can dogs get dizzy and excited and fall over / pass out ?
Thanks,
Joe

Answer
Never heard of this behavior.

You did not mention her age or her history.

However, epilepsy can cause unusual behavior and can cause seizures suddenly brought on by excitement or stress.

Get a NEW vet- one that will check her for the cause of seizures.. this is a MUST. Medication can control it.
