Question
About one month ago our boxer puppy Tyson started having really bad diarrhoea so we took him to the vets and they put him on some mediciation just incase it was caused by him eating something in the garden he should not have and we also got told to feed him on chicken and rice until his stools were solid again, so we did and things started to get better. Once his meds had finished over a couple of days we slowly started to put him back onto the dog food he was eating before all this started. He is now completey on the food he was on which is bakers complete puppy mix and the diarrhoea has returned!

What would you suggest?

many thanks

Answer
Sensitive stomach puppy food.

The food you are feeding him does not agree with him.

Sweet potato puppy food is best.

Shop for it or ask your vet.

In the meantime, do not feed him the old dog food- if you have the chicken and rice left over- feed him that and put baby food sweet potato on it until you get the sensitive puppy food.

Sweet potato helps harden and reverse diarrhea.
