I'm a novice boxer contemplating competing at the amateur, and eventually, the professional level. What kind of compensation, if any, can I expect as an amateur?

Thanks for the question.
Essentially, there is no monetary compensation for amateur boxers. This is one of the distinguishing elements between amateur athletes and professional athletes.
