I want to know some good drills to do on a standing bag, mitts and some good defensive drills

I am not new to boxing but i am at a boarding school and dont have my trainer to help me

sorry if its alot of questions
Thank you

Answer
Yes Everlast professional training gloves are considered a good quality.  As far as your drills go, it is just too difficult to explain in writing.  I can tell you though if you want to increase your endurance, throwing 200 punches per round on heavy bags is very good.  You should also use the mitts in an offensive and defensive manner.  Sometimes it is difficult to find an excellent mitt man.  Using a slip of maize ball is a good drill for defense as well.

Thanks,

Joe
