Question
Ok, I'm just gonna get straight to the point. I'm fat, I am very strong, but I'm fat. I have the strength down, I need a trainer to help get my stanima up, my weight down, stronger and get me into fights, but I need to be in somewhat shape before wasting a trainer's time. So any advice? I am 5'4'' and 230. I need to cut fat extremly.

Answer
Hi Sierra,   I recommend start walking 5 miles a day everyday. Cut out all soft drinks and drink water instead. No eating 1 hour before bed or in bed. Don't miss breakfast, eat soon after you get up. Cut way back on bread.
After 3 weeks, start running a portion of your 5 mile walk. Even if it's just a 100 yards, work your way up each week. It will become easier as you drop pounds and your body gets through the initial soreness.
These few things will get the ball rolling if you follow them. The biggest obstacle is self discipline. You must convince yourself that it is time for your health to change course. The benefits are tremendous. Boxing and everything else will take on a whole new meaning.
Get started and keep me posted.

best of luck,

Jackson
