Question
Hi Joe I just had a few questions if you could help me I would appreciate it. First question is do you know if there are any boxers who started boxing late like late 20's and made it big in the pros? Also do you know any techniques on how to become more lighter on your feet, I know jumprope helps but if you can tell me anymore techniques I would appreciate it! Thank you for your time!

Answer
Yes there are fighters that have had success starting later in life.  Footwork is very important but bending your knees will lift your heels and thus staying on your toes which makes you lighter on your feet.  Toe raises building your calves can help.

Thanks,

Joe
