Question
Hi,
I have just bought the speedball on the stand with the spring, i am looking for a training schedule as i want to concentrate on my speed and accuracy, i would love some tips and training to use for this product.  Could you help me please?

Thanks

Antony

Answer
Antony,

The main thing to do on this bag is to establish a rhythm. Start off slow with one punch. Get a rhythm going so that the bag moves back and forth the same amount of times before you hit it again. Now you can start throwing combinations. If you get off rhythm the bag will let you know by making you miss. You can increase your speed as you go and then start moving around the bag at the same time. Not many people can use this bag on an advanced level, not even the pros, so if you can get to this point you will be kicking butt.

good luck,
Jackson
