QUESTION: thank you very much Mr Jackson
but can you please help me one more time..
do you know a training exercise to boost my reflexes
it must be something i can do at home cause my trainer is pretty tough and strict about training see i got upcoming matches so i could really use it. thx

Answer
Jefta,

The only thing you can do at home would be mirror work. If you practice slipping as you move toward the mirror it will improve your reflexes defensively. After you establish rhythm, start adding a punch or combination immediately after you slip. Be quick but don't sacrifice form for speed.
Also remember that the more lean you are physically the faster you can move your body which means quicker reflexes and faster punches.

good luck,

Jackson
