Hi,I cant seem to locate the four part video series online anywhere. I loved the first video I purchased and want the expanded version could you help?

The four part DVD Speed Bag Bible series is almost 8 hours of personalized instruction about speed bag training. I'm sorry you are having problems locating it. It was carried by Ringside boxing, but apparently they have stopped.

Here is the complete series

DVD 1 - Equipment and Seven basic punching front and reverse punching techniques.

DVD 2 - Review, Elbow Striking Techniques ( 12 of them)
DVD 3 - Review, Side Punching Techniques   ( 6 or them )
DVD 4 - Review all: Advanced speed bag combinations

All video's have slow motion and punch drumming (punching speed bag too music)
