Question
hey alan. I recently switched to a chain link speed bag swivel and I noticed that it is considerably louder. as I punch, i'm looking to see if there is any unusual movement or loose parts and have found none. all is tight and properly fitted and attatched.?? I dont want to disturb the neighbors with the louder noise that seems to be occuring. any suggestions?? thank you. jo

Answer
Hello Jojo,

Hmmm. If you just changed from one type of swivel (didn't say what..) to a chain link and the chainlink is LOUDER, I would say change back to what you were using. Normally, a chain link is not as loud as a ballhook, so you must have changed from another type.

Only suggestion I could offer is oil it real well and see how it reacts. If it is still too noisy for you, go back to the original swivel style (....IF that one is less noisy. )

Good luck.
