Question
HI I'm about to turn 25 I'm a heavyweight i'm only 5'10 i never fought pro i want to but I have a problem of arm punching no matter that I do I can not seem to find the right way of following through I have been told my many trainers that I hit hard but I need to follow through is there a drill or something anything to help I wanna fight pro I love the sport and I know my time is running out about to be 25 please can you give me some kind of insight email me when you can thank you..

Answer
This is actually outside of my area of expertise - however, my suggestion to you is to find a gym and a trainer who can help you hone your skills.  If and when you decide to become licensed as a pro, you will need a coach in your corner when you fight.  Best to find one now and start to prepare yourself.
