Question
I AM FROM WASHINGTON DC WHERE DO I GO TO REGISTER MY HANDS AND HOW CAN I GET INTO THE AMATUER BOXING TOURNAMENTS

Answer
Actually, "registering hands" is an old boxing fallacy.  You need to register yourself as an athlete with USA Boxing in your area.  I would highly recommend training in a gym so you learn the amateur style of boxing.  There are local shows where you will be able to get experience before moving onto tournaments.  Please email me at mel@amateurboxing.com, remind me the city and state you live in, and I will send you a contact.
