Question
Hey. how much training do i have to do if i'm 14 and i weigh 56kg? I just started boxing and i also need to know what type of diet i should take to stay fit and strong, if you are willing to answer that question.

Answer
Hi Matthew,  A diet is not really necessary at your age. You are still developing so just let your training do its thing. You will normally get in shape just from the training. I would run 2 or 3 days a week about 2 miles at a time. I would do a boxing workout at least 2 days a week and spend all my time learning skills while I was there. You can do the cardio on your own time. At the end of your workout you should do pushups and situps. When you turn 16 I would consider lifting weights as a supplement to your routine.

good luck
