Question
Whats up Mr.Hofer,

Im tryin to find a good meal plan, now that im trainin in boxing. I run about 4 mi every day or two. I do boxing workouts such as : hittin the bags, shadow boxing, hittin mits wit trainer,push up,sit ups,etc.But i just wanna know a good meal plan to maintain my tone because i like my
weight,which is 140.i dont want to lose weight, i just wanna make sure im eatin right.I usual take a protein shake about an hour after my workouts and my runnin.In the mornin wit breakfast i take a multi-vitamin and a fish oil supplement.If u have any advice i'd really appreciate
it.


Answer
If your weight is good, then you should maintain between 60-80 carbohydrate grams a day.  Eat plenty of high protein foods for muscle repair from exercise.  Also eat small meals but eat often such as possibly 5 to 6 times per day.
