Question
What is the correct way to wrap a fighters hands before a fight.

Answer
Brad,   Each hand gets two rolls of guaze. The first roll you wrap just like a pair of hand wraps. Start at the thumb, then wrist, knuckles, thumb, back to knuckles and end at the wrist. Take the next roll and start the same way but you are going to run the guaze thru the fingers back to the wrist each pass, then pass over the wrist to hold it down... work your way back up to the knuckles and make several loops over just the top of the knuckles followed by several complete passes around the knuckles to hold it down, then finish up per the last wrap. 2 pieces of tape on the back of the hand to the wrist and then a complete piece around the wrist. No tape on the knuckles.
Sorry if its hard to follow but its not easy to explain without showing you. I hope this helps.
