Question
Hello mr Hofer,
I would like to ask some advice and drills about how to be faster in and punching,i mean movement speed.I need some speed :)...
Thanks in advance

Answer
Speed comes allot from your form and keeping your elbows in while twisting your torso.  To better view this I do offer a few video sessions that you can watch online.  Go to www.boxingdoneright.com and you will see video lessons.  The first one is free.  The delivery of the punch with the correct stance can enhance your speed.  A drill that works well once you have learned properly, is the double end bag, as long as you set it fairly tight.  This is great for combination punching.  Just remember if you do not throw your punches correctly your hand speed will never be that good.

Thanks,

Joe
