Question
I trained hard for boxing for about 2 yrs. I want to start back up. The thing is I am now 27 and plan on having a kid. So I will not be able to start my training until I'm 28/29. Any suggestions. I'm in good shape now. I figure as long as my body continues as is I and I take care of myself I should be able to give it a go until I'm 33/34 or so?
Also my vision. I'm farsighted. When I have my eye exam at the doctor do I test with corrective lenses?

Thanks

Answer
No suggestions other than keep in shape and find a gym and trainer who will work with you.  There is no reason why you can't box until you're 34.  I think most eye exams are given without the use of glasses or contacts.  If you need contact lenses to see, you can wear them in the ring as long as they are the "soft" kind.
