Question
my question is what is the best way to improve my breathing promblem?

Answer
HI Martin,

I don't know how I can really answer your question specifically, for I don't know exactly what you mean by "breathing problem". You might be describing an issue that is better asked to a physician or medical professional. If it is simply that you get winded pretty fast during exercise, the answer is train close to that point of being winded, go a little more, and slowly keep extending your workout time at that level, and try to breath through your nose more than your mouth. But if you are speaking about issues such as asthma or some other medical base problem, I would suggest you see your physician.

Sorry I could not be more specific.  Good luck with your training.
