Boxing/fat burners

Question
hello again,
my cousin has been using fat burners(the ones from titleboxing.com) and we were wondering if they really do help to lose your fat? are they worth the money?

I don't recommend fat burners but if you must, I would not take anything that is not all natural. It is better if you lose the weight naturally without the assistance of fat burners. This way you will increase your metabolism naturally and the weight will stay off. Fat burners make you burn calories unnaturally so when you stop taking them you gain the weight back. People also become dependent on fat burners because it's an easy fix, they lose the weight and then start to gain it back so they go back to the fat burners and this turns into a vicious cycle.

I have worked corners in pro bouts on HBO and ESPN cards. My friend, boss and coach is the former President of Golden Gloves and I trained under his tutelage.
