Question
I want to get my husband a setup mostly just for BASIC beginners boxing.  Something to work out some aggression and lose weight.  Right now he's 260+ lbs, and has background in football and physical labor, so has muscle and is fairly strong, but has gained weight since working at a desk.  The question is... What kind of setup would be best for a beginner(size/ weight of heavybag, would a speedbag be beneficial, is it better to hang from the celing or a frame, etc.), and are there any good videos for teaching form and technique?  Also, we have limited space.  I know that's a lot, but I know NOTHING!  Thanks in advance for any advice!!

Answer
I do offer some video lessons on my website at www.boxingdoneright.com as well as diet programs.  I also have some basic equipment on the online store.  There are free standing frames that instead of hanging a heavy bag from your ceiling it will hang on the stand, and along with this they come with speed bag stations.

Thanks,

Joe
