Boxing/Everlast Pro Swivel Mount

Question
I just bought the Everlast pro Swivel. I can not for the life of me figure out out to release one bolts so I can slide the speed bag onto it. This is not a hook. Please help.

Sounds like you have a chainlink style swivel. You need to take the locking clip off on the side.
