Question
I have been training for a while and recently i sparred for 2 rounds. After being in the ring for about 2min i was completely exausted and not really able to preform well. I was wondering what i could do to really boost up my endurance so that i dont get tired as fast.
thank you

Answer
Joe,

Running is the name of the game. You have to get in at least 3 miles 3 days a week and follow with 5 to 10 50 yard sprints. On the bad weather days jump rope for 30 minutes.  It just takes a little time to develop.
Also, learn to pace yourself for 3 minutes on the bag. Treat it like a sparring round. You want to punch enough to win rounds but you can't go hard the whole round or run to much, be conservative but busy.

good luck,

Jackson
