Question
Hello Melanie I am a 24 year old amatuer boxer registered with USA BOXING.  I love the art of boxing and am trying to further educate myself regarding the sport.

Can you please provide me the necessary info to become a Certified Boxing Coach/Trainer.

Thanks a Bunch!

Answer
Hi Adam - I think you'll also have to register as a non-athlete in order to get certified.  You will then need to attend a 6-8 hour certification clinic.

And good for you.  More boxers should not only learn how to coach, but also how we officiate.  Makes for better athletes.  :)

Please email me at mel@amateurboxing.com and I'll send you the name of the person to call.
